Program Overview

Kicklab’s weekly training sessions help young athletes strengthen their foundation, build confidence, and level up their game. Classes are co-ed (unless noted) and grouped by birth year. Thanks to our tech-enabled training system, players can progress at their own pace — competing against the technology and challenging themselves alongside peers with similar skill levels.

Using cutting-edge soccer technology and high-energy drills, athletes focus on the five Kicklab core skills: ball mastery, dribbling, passing, receiving, and shooting. As the season progresses, players apply these skills at game speed through fast, scenario-based exercises that support decision-making, awareness, and composure under pressure.


New: Tech & Play - Saturdays Starting in January

A play-focused training option for players who love to learn through the game.


Each session includes:

15 min technical development (pods + on-field work)
45 min dynamic gameplay to boost touches, creativity & confidence
