Fall Training 2025

Kicklab’s weekly training sessions are designed to help young athletes strengthen their foundation and level up their game.  Using cutting-edge soccer technology and high-energy, age-appropriate exercises, players will focus on the 5 Kicklab core skills: ball mastery, dribbling, passing, receiving, and shooting. As the sessions progress, players will begin to apply these skills at game speed through fast-paced drills and scenario-based training that improve decision-making, spatial awareness, and composure under pressure. Whether they’re building confidence or refining technique, these classes help players take the next step in their soccer development.

Classes are co-ed and grouped by birth year, but one of the biggest benefits of our tech-enabled training is that players can progress at their own pace. Unlike team play where everyone needs to be on the same level, our system adapts to each individual—allowing athletes to compete against the technology and challenge themselves alongside peers with similar ability levels.

All training sessions are designed and led by our Kicklab Director, Jay Bulev, and professional coaches. With over 20 years of coaching experience, Jay has worked with players of all ages and skill levels from recreational beginners to D1 collegiate athletes and pros.
